Qualifications

William Nigel Alderton BTP MRPTI, Principal. A chartered Town Planner with fifteen years experience as a Planning Officer at different levels in Local Government followed by a spell within the development industry, with direct responsibility for bringing forward schemes to the development stage.

Since 1993 has been Principal of Prospective Planning. He has wide experience in all aspects of the development process having handled for clients similar appraisal, design and master planning commissions.

Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Bachelor of Town Planning. Post Graduate Degree.

He has worked for Michael Cox Associates, Planning Consultants, William Ellis Developers (part of Amec/Fairclough Homes Group), Lewes District Council , Epsom and Ewell Borough Council, Wealden District Council and East Sussex County Council.

Nigel is the past Vice Chair of the RTPI Independent Consultants Network.
