We have been established for 15 years and have offices in Newick, East Sussex, which is convenient to serve our client base throughout the south east. Prospective Planning provides a complete service to clients from initial concepts through drawings and obtaining the relevant consents to implementation and completion of projects

We work closely with other professionals related to the development process and can produce landscape, ecological and arboricultural appraisals along with highway and transport assessments.

Our services include development appraisals, planning applications, appeals, representations on local development frameworks, enforcement advice and assistance together with representations on development proposals via engagement with the planning process.
