Prospective Planning are chartered town planning consultants and we specialise in helping clients through the planning and development process.

We have been established for 15 years and have offices in Newick, East Sussex, which is convenient to serve our client base throughout the south east. We give professional planning advice to a wide range of clients from private individuals, landowners and rural enterprises to large commercial companies and developers. We assist our clients in negotiating and engaging with the complexities of the planning process.

We are a small professional practice with proven planning experience, over the years we have completed many projects from house extensions to housing estates successfully. It is important to realise the benefits which can be contained by consulting with us at the very outset of a scheme as we can often foresee potential problems at an early stage thus potentially saving the client time and money.

Prospective Planning provides a complete service to clients from initial concepts through drawings and obtaining the relevant consents to implementation and completion of projects

We work closely with other professionals related to the development process and can produce landscape, ecological and arboricultural appraisals along with highway and transport assessments.

Our services include development appraisals, planning applications, appeals, representations on local development frameworks, enforcement advice and assistance together with representations on development proposals via engagement with the planning process.
